We do one job, offer to confirmation, and do it properly. Saying no to the rest is part of the work.
Nothing silently dropped
In the product and in how we work: every piece of work has an owner, and problems are raised, not buried.
Trust is earned with evidence
Security and isolation are tested, not asserted. We publish our limitations, and we don't claim what we haven't built.
Respect the people in the process
Behind every record is a candidate starting a new job. We collect the minimum and design for the person, not the form.
