How much does DayOneFlow cost?
Nothing for the first 60 days: the trial includes every feature. Pricing after the trial will be simple and affordable, and it will be published on this page. Questions? Email sales@dayoneflow.com.
Are any features reserved for higher plans?
No. There are no plans or feature tiers today: every organization gets everything described on the features page.
What counts as a user?
Your staff sign in as members of your organization, each with one role: organization admin, HR, manager or member (for example an IT, facilities or payroll colleague who receives tasks). Candidates and new hires are not users: they use their private portal link without an account. During the trial there is no limit on the number of users.
Is the candidate and new-hire portal included?
Yes. The portal is part of DayOneFlow: the offer, tasks, details form, uploads, check-ins and documents. New hires don’t need an account or an app.
Can we export our data?
HR and admins can download every report as a CSV file, and offer letters, confirmation letters and uploaded documents as files. If you leave, we delete your organization’s data on request (see the DPA).
What happens after the 60 days?
Nothing happens automatically: there is no card on file and no automatic charge. Pricing for continuing will be published on this page, and you decide whether to continue. If you don’t, export what you need and ask us to delete your organization’s data.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your Google account or an email address, and start right away.
Are there usage limits?
A few technical ones: up to 5 GiB of stored files per organization, files of up to 10 MB and at most five files per upload task, up to 100 tasks per onboarding plan version, and reports of up to 5,000 rows.
How do we pay?
There’s nothing to pay during the trial, and no card is taken. How to pay afterwards will be explained here with the pricing.
