Built for the people who turn offers into confirmed employees

DayOneFlow is preparing its first supervised pilot. We're looking for a small number of organizations to use it with real hires and help shape what comes next.

Who DayOneFlow is for

HR and People teams who own the stretch from an accepted offer to a confirmed employee, and want it in one place.

Small and mid-sized organizations

Teams that want consistent offers and onboarding without adopting a large HR suite.

Multi-location businesses

One standard everywhere, with onboarding plans that can differ by department, by location, or both.

Repeat hiring with probation

Employers who hire regularly and run probation periods that need check-ins and a documented decision.

Any industry

Offer letters, onboarding plans and tasks are yours to configure, so the same product can serve an office, a shop floor or a clinic.

Everyone involved gets their own view

  • HR and People teams run offers, preboarding, readiness and probation.
  • Organization admins set up departments, locations, people and templates.
  • Hiring managers see their own new hires, tasks, check-ins and decisions.
  • Colleagues such as IT or facilities, complete the tasks given to them.
  • Candidates and new hires accept their offer and work through their tasks on one personal page.

Probably not the right fit if…

  • You are looking for an applicant tracking system, payroll, or time and attendance.
  • You need a full HR system of record for all employees.
  • Your main need is annual performance reviews or a learning platform.

Early access

The pilot

A supervised pilot: you run real hires through DayOneFlow, and we work closely with you while you do.

What pilot organizations get

  • The whole offer-to-confirmation workflow: offers, the candidate's personal page, preboarding, onboarding plans, joining readiness, check-ins, probation decisions, confirmation letters and the audit trail
  • Guided setup: organization settings, your onboarding plan and letter templates, and a rehearsal hire before your first real candidate
  • A direct line to the people building DayOneFlow
  • Real influence on what we build next

What we ask in return

  • Use DayOneFlow for real hires, from offer to probation outcome
  • A named person who owns the pilot on your side
  • Honest, regular feedback, including what doesn't work
  • Review and adapt the example offer letter and confirmation letter with your own counsel before the first real offer
  • Accept a pilot setup: one server and daily backups, as described in our current limitations

How a pilot starts

  1. Step 1: Talk to us

A demo using your own hiring process, and an honest conversation about fit.
  2. Step 2: Agree the terms

An order form, our terms and a data processing agreement, signed before any real personal data enters DayOneFlow.
  3. Step 3: Set up your organization

Departments and locations, invitations for HR and managers, your onboarding plan, letter templates, and the contact email candidates see.
  4. Step 4: Rehearse

One hire end to end with an internal test address, from offer to confirmation.
  5. Step 5: Hire for real

Your first real candidate, with us close at hand.
