See DayOneFlow through every role

Sign in to Acme Robotics, a fictional company, with a read-only account. You see exactly what an admin, HR, a hiring manager or a task owner sees, and nothing can be changed, so the demo looks the same for everyone.

What to look at

A ten-minute tour, signed in as HR.

  1. Step 1: Overview

Upcoming joiners and how ready each one is, open blockers with their owners, overdue tasks and probation deadlines.
  2. Step 2: New Hires

Every hire with their stage, from a draft offer to a recorded probation outcome. Open one to see the offer versions, tasks, documents, check-ins, probation record and activity history.
  3. Step 3: Tasks and readiness

Who owns what before the first day, what is overdue or unassigned, and why a hire at a high percentage can still be “not ready”.
  4. Step 4: Templates, reports and audit

The offer letter and onboarding plan templates, the reports (with CSV export), and the audit trail of who did what.
  5. Step 5: Then switch roles

Sign out and sign in as the manager or the task owner: the same company, but each person sees only their own work.

About the demo accounts

Read-only

Buttons are there so you can see what each role can do, but any change answers “You don’t have permission to do that.” The server refuses it, not just the screen.

Fictional data

Acme Robotics, Globex Health and every person in them are made up. The demo organizations are separate from customers’ data, as every organization is.

What it can’t show

The candidate and new-hire portal opens from a personal link sent by email, so it is not part of the self-service demo. The portal tour shows it, and a guided demo walks through it live.

Want to see it with your own process?

We'll walk through an offer, preboarding, joining readiness and a probation decision using your templates.
