We want to work with the people who help organizations hire and onboard well. Our partner program is just getting started, so this is an invitation to shape it with us.
Who we'd like to hear from
If your work touches the stretch from an accepted offer to a confirmed employee, we should talk.
HR consultants and advisors
You help organizations design how they make offers, welcome new people and run probation. DayOneFlow can be where that design runs day to day.
Implementation partners
You set up and run HR processes for clients: organization structure, roles, onboarding plans and letter templates.
HR-tech vendors
Your product sits before or after ours, such as applicant tracking, HR systems or payroll. Let's talk about how a new hire could move between them.
What we're looking for
We'd rather start with a few partners who know the problem well than with a long directory.
A good fit
- You work with HR or People teams at small and mid-sized organizations
- You care about the candidate's and new hire's experience, not only the paperwork
- You take data protection seriously: offers and onboarding involve personal data
- You're happy to give candid feedback on an early product
Worth knowing first
- DayOneFlow covers offer to confirmation only. It isn't an applicant tracking system, an HR system or payroll (what we don't build).
- We're preparing our first supervised pilot, so the program terms are not set yet. We'll agree them with our first partners.
- Our security overview and Trust Center answer most due-diligence questions.
