Reports and exports

The seven operational reports — pipeline, joiners, blockers, overdue tasks, offers and probation — and how CSV downloads match what you see on screen.

HR and admins find Reports in the navigation. Each report has its own page with a table and Download CSV.

CSV downloads

  • The download contains exactly the rows on screen, with the same filters — the page and the file are produced by the same report.
  • Dates are written as YYYY-MM-DD in your organization’s time zone, so they sort correctly in a spreadsheet.
  • Cells that a spreadsheet might treat as a formula are neutralised, and accented characters open correctly in Excel.
  • A report includes up to 5,000 rows; the screen shows the first 500. Beyond that the page tells you to narrow the filters.
  • Every download is recorded in the audit trail (which report, how many rows, filters).

What reports leave out

Reports contain no free text — no decision notes, check-in content or task reasons — no salaries and no personal contact details. They are for running the process, not for reading people’s files.
